(tylko po angielsku) Facultative clinical training in pediatrics to fullfill the knowledge in kidney diseases and hypertension in childhood The knowledge on symptoms of kidney diseases in children and teenagers The knowledge on ethiopathology, epidemiology, clinical symptoms, diagnostics and therapy of: -the most common kidney diseases and hypertension in children. - the acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease - hypertension in childhood The knowledge on indications and methods of renal replacement therapy in pediatrics in acute and chronic states. Improving the skills in proper history taking and phisical examination directed to kidney diseases and hypertension in children, analyzing and evaluation of clinical cases, laboratory and imaging procedures, concluding diagnoses, differential diagnostics and treatment. Practical training on following diagostic methods: 1. Blood pressure messurements, 2. Using of Abdominal Blood Pressure Monitoring ABPM), analyzing of meassurements results, 3. Abdominal ultrasound imaging with doppler flow evaluation in renal arteries 4. Carotid arteries ultrasound examination 5. Urinary bladder cathetherasition |
