Cele kształcenia:

The substantive content of the subject:

1. Types of modern organizations and character of basic 20 processes in modern organizations Types of modern organizations and character basic 20 processes in modern organizations.

2. Organization Leadership in project teams leadership - the evolution of ideas.

3. Situational Leadership theory (SL II) and the importance for the practice of targeting and unit.

4. Situational Leadership theory (SL II). Walkthrough-specificity of style. Delegation-the specificity of style.

5. Communications in your organization. Levels of psychological functioning of groups influencing the efficiency of communication in your organization.

6. The communication cycle in management. The characteristics of conversation on planning, monitoring, and summarizing and setting goals.

7. Mistakes made by “good leaders” and their consequences for employee teams

8. Virtual teams - management specifics

9. Organizational leadership organizational changes

10. “Mature” employee teams – the specifics of leadership
