  • tygodniowy wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta wynosi 45 h;

The concept of philosophy. Defining. Explaining. Designing by philosophical methods (ethics). Managerial issues in philosophical theories. Philosophical problems of management theory and practice. Logic in problem-solving. Philosophical methods in problem-solving. The concept of strategy, tactics, and action algorithm.

Philosophy of Management

The lecture presents the main ideas and problems of management philosophy. The course defines and explains management theory and practice's central philosophical concepts and methods. The lecture familiarises students with philosophical methods of problem identifying and solving in managerial planning, motivating, and controlling. The lecture is to help in understanding the concepts, terminology, and methods of philosophy.

Philosophy of Management

The lecture presents the main ideas and problems of management philosophy. The course defines and explains management theory and practice's central philosophical concepts and methods. The lecture familiarises students with philosophical methods of problem identifying and solving in managerial planning, motivating, and controlling. The lecture is to help in understanding the concepts, terminology, and methods of philosophy.

During the class, students should develop rational decision-making skills and methodological and value-rationality by rationalising their respect for fundamental human dignity, rights, and contracts.
