Forma i warunki zaliczenia:

(tylko po angielsku) The seminar series ends with a written exam. The final grade may be increased thanks to the outstanding activity of students during the classes

Metody sprawdzania i kryteria oceny efektów kształcenia uzyskanych przez studentów:

(tylko po angielsku) The final evaluation will be the sum of the presence of (at least ¾) of classes activity during classes and forum (PEGAZ) and a written exam.

(tylko po angielsku) Lecture, seminar, independent, directed by the lecturer, student work with the use of available literature on the subject, study of the literature on the subject, use of interactive teaching techniques, multimedia presentations, case study, project tasks, discussion

The aim of the subject is to understand the basic concepts, regularities and problems of competency management and its impact on the professional development of an employee in the changing world of the organization. The importance of the subject results from contemporary trends in the field of human resource management in organizations around the world. It is not the quantity but the quality of competences possessed by employees and its proper use in the process of their professional development that will determine the development of the organization. Knowledge and skills in this subject are necessary to recognize the importance of human in the organization and the need for a modern approach to human capital management.
