Cele kształcenia: | (tylko po angielsku) The aim of this course is to give students knowledge about the fundamentals of Lean Management and Lean Culture, methods, technics and tools based on this concept. |

Efekty kształcenia: | (tylko po angielsku) Knowledge and competency in searching, selecting and using the appropriate methods and tools for the planning, description, analysis and solving problems in a continuous improvement of the organization. |

Wymagania wstępne: | (tylko po angielsku) It is recommended to pass courses on • Foundations of management • Organization science The ability of teamwork. Understanding of cause-and-effect taking place in the economy of enterprises. |

Forma i warunki zaliczenia: | (tylko po angielsku) The final test – 50 points Group and individual projects – 50 points Altogether 100 points The grading scale for the exam and the group project (in %) 0-54% - fail (2) 55-64 – satisfactory (3) 65-74 – satisfactory plus (3,5) 75-84 – good (4) 85-94 – good plus (4,5) 95-100 – very good (5) |
